Meghan Donohoe is a leadership expert, organizational effectiveness strategist, and thought-provoking facilitator and speaker. Leveraging over a decade's experience leading People and Culture strategies, Meghan merges her acumen in leadership and digital innovation to help leaders navigate a world of accelerating change. Drawing from her master’s in industrial-organizational psychology, Meghan collaboratively designs people-centric initiatives for the future of work with senior leaders. She bridges evidence-backed research with pragmatic strategies to transform leaders, teams, and cultures.

 

Meghan often joins podcasts, delivers keynote presentations, and enjoys connecting with her community through workshops spanning the topics of leadership, the digital future, and women in leadership. Currently, Meghan is completing her PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology on the topic of leadership stress and well-being.
